The Nemo B&B is located near to the Sent-Nicolas Cathedral, Museum of Modern Art, the Zoo and Botanic Garden, Music Theater (new), the Rembrandt House, the Old Church in the Red Lights, the New Church, The Mme. Tussaud and the Pales on the Dam Square. The Nemo B&B is located 10 min. walk from the Central Train Station or Red light District. You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very center and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace, bars and restaurants. There is a P+R Zeeburg Parking € 5,- per 24 hours email nemoflats@hotmail.com The Nemo B&B consists of four apartments, wherein each apartment one private room is for rent. As the rooms are in private apartments, they therefore contain some personal possessions/furnishings of the owners, so you will have to take care when using the apartments. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, the rates on the page are for 3 persons occupancy. One of the Nemo greeters is always in the house, but you still have to arrange your check-in time by calling +316 2091 4439 or emailing nemoflats@hotmail.com Each apartment has a TV area, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen areas are equipped with all the essentials for the stay (crockery, cutlery etc) so guests can use the kitchen to cook but need to leave it clean and tidy. This is a private house and there are residents in other (non-Nemo) apartments so you must behave respectfully during your stay and not make any disturbance. There are a few house rules you will need to agree to during your stay with us. IMPORTANT: * Your reservation must have the correct ARRIVAL TIME in order to be checked in!!! Guests must inform us of any changes in their travel plans or cancellations at least 48 hr in advance! Please provide your phone number and email address !!! * The form of payment is cash only total amount upon check-in! * There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekdays, 3 nights on weekends, and 4 nights on holidays. * All reservations are subject to 5% city tax.. *There is a € 100,- deposit refundable on the check out for keys, damage and cleaning, if needed !!!
