Urban Vibes Guesthouse-Double Room with Private Bathroom

A perfect spot to experience the real Amsterdam. Central, cozy, and with a wonderful host! Positive: The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Amsterdam and within walking distance of everything. You can truly feel the spirit of the city here. Barbara was incredibly helpful throughout my stay; she even provided a personalized list of recommendations for breakfast, dinner, and places to rent a bike. It made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. I will definitely stay at this place on my next vacation to Amsterdam. Negative: Before arriving, I saw some comments about the stairs, but honestly, they were not a problem at all. In fact, stairs like these are quite common in Amsterdam, so it’s definitely not a downside, just part of the all city!

clean, comfy room, fantastic host ,great location. A+ Positive: Everything was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking here. Location is so central and fabulous - everywhere in city centre is within walking distance. Room was clean, shower was hot and bed very comfy. Barbara the host is lovely, extremely friendly and helpful and allowed us to stash cases there whilst we enjoyed our last day which was very handy. I will 100% stay here again when next returning to Amsterdam. Negative: Nothing.

Everything was amazing! Positive: Everything was perfect! The host was so sweet and helpful. The guest house comes with everything you need, hair dryer, towels, face wash & shampoo, etc. the host allowed us to leave our bags after the checkout which was amazing. Also, the location is perfecttt! Close to everything, only 15 min walk from central station!

Positive: Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, coole Einrichtung, es gibt auch Regenschirme und ein Bügeleisen, es ist sehr sicher mit einem modernen Schloss. Natürlich ist es in der Innenstadt in einem alten Gebäude laut, die Fenster sind original und einfach verglast, ich denke aber so etwas gehört in so einer Unterkunft dazu. Auch, dass man nicht komplett abdunkeln kann. Oropax und Schlamaske braucht man unbedingt! Negative: Es ist "raucherfreundlich", ich kann das in der Beschreibung nirgendwo finden, auch nicht im Nachhinein. Das heißt, dass Menschen regelmäßig in den Zimmern rauchen und dementsprechend riechen die Wände nach kaltem alten Rauch, das finde ja selbst viele Raucher ekelhaft. Der Hinweis darauf wurde eher abgetan. Insgesamt finde ich die Unterkunft zwar nicht wirklich schlecht aber überteuert.
